Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bruja Botánica! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at BrujaBotanicaShop@gmail.com with your name and order number.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. All sales final.  Please contact BrujaBotanicaShop@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. We will review on a case by case basis and it is up to Bruja Botánica’s discretion on final say. We value communication and will do our best to work out a solution.
